PLANTING PLAN

An ideal PLANTING PLAN also takes into consideration the existing architectural style and color palette of your home to ensure your garden enhances the look and your experience of your outdoor space.

 

INCLUDES

  • $275 for first garden, $225 for each additional bed, $725 for full property
  • 8-10 hours labor each garden
  • Includes garden planting plan with plant list and lookbook.

PROCESS

  • Site visit & garden plot mapping
  • Draft design review (electronic)
  • One set of revisions (as requested)
  • Final plan delivered (PDF plus one hard copy to scale)
  • Target timeline 2 weeks

POLLINATOR+ PLAN

A POLLINATOR+ PLAN is the perfect choice for the homeowner who is looking to ways to add beauty and function while reducing the demand for water within an existing landscape. A POLLINATOR+ PLAN is the perfect option for lawn-to-garden conversions and the plan may include a natural walk, a simple seating area, a berm, and perhaps a few decorative boulders in addition to a professional planting plan.  Over time, the installation of a A POLLINATOR+ PLAN should pay for itself in water savings and is an affordable investment that adds curb appeal, and supports beneficial insects (butterflies, bees, or both) and birds.

Conceptual Landscape Design

INCLUDES

  • $625 for up to 1/2 lot
    $1125 for full lot
  • 20-36 hours labor
  • 2D plan includes expert planting plan and simple hardscaping boundaries to scale.

PROCESS

  • Site visit & client wishlist review
  • Detailed site measurements & site plot mapping
  • Draft design review (electronic)
  • One set of revisions (as requested)
  • Any additonal revisions requested are billed at rate of $31.50 per hour
  • Final plan delivered (PDF plus one hard copy to scale)
  • Target timeline 4 weeks

THE WORKS PLAN

THE WORKS PLAN is a comprehensive construction blueprint for a complete yard remodel and includes details of more complex elements that help to create extra living space in the outdoors.  Creating the THE WORKS PLAN is a collaborative creative process based on your budget-goals and wishlist. The final plan may include a deck, retaining walls, a dry creek bed, patio(s), an outdoor kitchen, pergolas, a fire feature, raised garden beds, a natural play area, etc. Also included are 3D elevation illustrations that specify material callouts and construction details, as well as lighting suggestions, and an expertly-crafted, waterwise planting plan.  

INCLUDES

  • $1250 for up to 1/2 lot
    $2200 for full lot
  • 40-70 hours labor
  • Includes garden planting plans, plant list, plant lookbook,  hardscaping specs, construction details, material call-outs, lighting plan, 3D section and/or elevation drawings, as needed.

  • Detailed site measurements & site plot mapping
  • Conceptual design review (electronic)
  • One set of revisions (as requested)
  • Any additonal revisions requested are billed at rate of $31.50 per hour
  • Master plan review
